The company is not registered for VAT. We have not appointed a data protection officer. This processing does not require one. Privacy requests go to the same email address.

Server logs

When you open a page, our hosting provider records the IP address, the browser user agent, the date and time, and the URL requested. We use those logs to deliver the site and to detect abuse.

The legal basis is legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The recipient is the hosting provider that operates this site. Logs are kept only for security and troubleshooting, and for no longer than 90 days, unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse.

Email

If you write to info@codesocietyhub.com, we process the address you write from, your name if you include it, and the content of the message. We use that information to reply and, where the message is about a product, a partnership, or a project, to take steps before a contract.

The legal basis is steps prior to a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) when the message is about a possible contract, and legitimate interest in answering a general enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)) otherwise. We keep the thread while we are dealing with it, and then for up to 3 years, matching the general limitation period in Estonia, unless a longer legal duty applies. Sending an email is voluntary. The public pages of this site do not require it.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, and it does not set a cookie to remember a consent choice. Nothing on this site is stored on your device for tracking. A consent banner is not used, because there is nothing to accept or reject.

If we later add analytics or a similar tool, we will ask before it runs, and we will update this notice.

Transfers and decisions

Personal data from this site is not sold. We do not ask for special-category data. We do not make automated decisions, and we do not profile visitors. Fonts are served from this site, so opening a page does not send your IP address to a font provider. We do not transfer personal data from this site outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for correction, for erasure, for restriction of processing, and for a portable copy where that right applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@codesocietyhub.com. We reply within one month.
